Nolan Cromwell is the offensive coordinator for the Texas A&M Aggies football team. The Aggies and Head Coach Mike Sherman added Coach Cromwell to the program on January 5, 2008. As a former NFL player and coach, Nolan Cromwell has a unique ability to bond with his players and truly teach through example. Head Coach Mike Sherman noted that Nolan Cromwell’s experience and time in the NFL were huge factors in his decision to hire the offensive coordinator. While in the NFL, Nolan Cromwell worked with the Seattle Seahawks and the Green Bay Packers, where he met the future Texas A&M head coach Mike Sherman. It was then that the two developed a friendship.

Coach Cromwell noted at the time of his hiring that we was excited to be joining the Texas A&M program and that the Big 12 conference, in which the Aggies play, was very similar to the NFL; “there are no east weeks”. This challenge was part of Nolan Cromwell’s attraction to joining the Aggies.
