Kyle Conrad Mangan was raised in Brenham, Texas. As a senior at Brenham High School, Kyle Mangan made 97 tackles including nine sacks. Kyle Mangan got many honors while in high school which included All-State, first-team all-district, first team All-Brazos Valley linebacker and was a member of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Super Team.

In 2008, the 6’2” 222 lbs fullback joined the Texas A&M football program. Kyle Mangan was redshirted his first year as an Aggie. In 2009, Mangan was named to collegefootballnews.com’s freshman All-American third team and ESPN.com’s Big 12 All-Freshman team. Kyle Mangan also appeared in all 13 games with 10 starts and is a high ranked player overall for the Aggies. Kyle Mangan doesn’t plan on losing his spot as a team leader so you can expect great things from him this season.
