Jeffrey Fuller was born in McKinney, Texas. Jeff Jrs father, Jeff Fuller, was a University of Texas A&M Safety in the early 1980’s and went on to play for the NFL San Francisco 49ers. Jeff Fuller played at Boyd High School. While attending Boyd, Jeff Fuller earned Second Team All-District honors at wide receiver as a junior and as a senior. Jeff Fuller was also a member of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Super Team. As a senior, Jeff Fuller made 37 catches for 448 yards and five touchdowns.

As a freshman at Texas A&M Jeff Fuller started eight games at wide receiver. The 6’4” 209 lbs wide receiver caught 50 passes for 630 yards his first year. Jeff Fuller set a Texas A&M record with nine receiving touchdowns. Jeffrey Fuller, #8, earned second-team freshman All-American honors from college Football News. Jeff Fuller also got honorable-mention All Big 12 honors from the conference coaches.
