Over his high school career, Ben Malena made a name for himself raking in the title of first-team all-district, SuperPrep Southwest Team selection. Malena was also a second-team all-state honoree as a junior after totaling 2,202 yards and 35 touchdowns. After numerous honors and awards, it’s no wonder why schools such as Kansas and Texas Tech were after him to play for their football team.
