Andrew Wolridge was born in Lexington, Texas on April 5, 1990. As a senior at Lexington High School, Andrew Wolridge was named first-team all-state linebacker. Andrew Wolridge was also named District 26-2A Defensive Most Valuable Player. During his last two years in high school, Andrew Wolridge made 219 tackles which included eight sacks.

In 2008, the 6’1” 228 lbs linebacker joined the Texas A&M football team.
